NRGUSA is seeking a dedicated and reliable Pool Technician to join the team of a leading provider of pool maintenance and repair services. Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance and Cleaning:

• Clean pools by skimming debris, vacuuming surfaces, and emptying skimmer baskets
• Test water chemistry, including pH and chlorine levels
• Add chemicals like chlorine and acid to balance water quality
• Perform routine maintenance on pool equipment such as filters, pumps, and heaters

Repairs and Equipment:

• Repair underwater light fittings, cracks, leaks, and faulty equipment. Repair underwater leaks and changing pool lights, repair above ground PVC plumbing
• Install and replace pool equipment like filters, pumps, chlorinators, and heaters
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with pool systems Safety and Customer Service

• Ensure proper safety procedures are followed
• Educating pool owners about maintenance and safety
• Coordinate service with customers and answer pool maintenance questions
• Performing seasonal tasks such as opening and closing pools and spas

Administrative Tasks:

• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Manage inventory of chemicals and equipment
• Log billable hours and manage job details using pool service software

Required Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3-5 years of current experience as a Pool Technician (full season)
• Knowledge of pool cleaning techniques, chemical handling, and equipment repair
• Strong mechanical skills and ability to use hand tools effectively
• Familiarity with power tools used in pool equipment repair
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
• State of New York Driver’s License, with no infractions
