Summary Mary Free Bed Rehabilitation Hospital seeks a Digital Marketing Strategist to support our organization's digital marketing programs. The digital marketing strategist will own the strategy and execution of our digital channels (website, email, social, digital advertising, SEO & SEM). Responsibilities include proactively creating content, managing content sharing/distribution, tracking and reporting, optimizing website for SEO and managing general digital marketing activities. This team member creates, coordinates and executes digital project-based initiatives that support the organizational goals and strategies to serve more patients. A major goal is to increase awareness of our rehabilitation services and outcomes among the clinical community and public with engaging and innovative digital marketing. The Digital Marketing Strategist has the freedom to suggest and experiment with additional channels as the landscape evolves. This role is based in the Grand Rapids campus hospital. Essential Job Responsibilities Strategizes, plans, creates and executes marketing initiatives across all digital channels Owns content sharing and continuity across all digital channels Responsible for SEO efforts across website Regularly updates website content and online assets (Wordpress) Works collaboratively and educates project stakeholders, internal clients and team members Tracks, reports and analyzes metrics - website, email, social, advertising (includes Google Ads) Project manages paid/SEM efforts of our third-party vendor Proactively analyzes digital insights and identifies areas for optimization and opportunity Executes email communication and manages CRM as we grow that channel Embrace Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, by: T reating everyone with dignity and respect O pening more doors to opportunities for underrepresented cultures G rowing talent and people E valuating and eliminating disparities T aking action against injustices, bias and racism H onoring our differences and how to collaborate E ducating staff, patients and the communities we care for R estoring Hope and Freedom, together Customer Service Responsibilities Demonstrate excellent customer service and standards of behaviors as well as encourages, coaches, and monitors the same in team members. This individual should consistently promote teamwork and direct communication with co-workers and deal discretely and sensitively with confidential information. Responsibilities in Quality Improvement Contribute by identifying problems and seeking solutions. Promote patient/family satisfaction where possible; participates in departmental efforts to monitor and report customer service.
