JNow Hiring: Busser at Èlephante Scottsdale

Èlephante, Scottsdale’s newest dining and lounge destination, is seeking energetic and detail-oriented Bussers to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being a key player in creating exceptional guest experiences, this is the role for you.

• Support servers by assisting with the steps of guest service, ensuring tables are cleared and reset quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, chairs, and banquettes throughout service.
• Deliver and refill water for guests as requested or directed by servers.
• Communicate guest needs to servers, chefs, and managers to ensure seamless service.
• Participate in table maintenance and preparation for upcoming courses.
• Stock side stations and perform all opening and closing procedures as instructed by management.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards, keeping the venue clean and orderly.
• Attend daily pre-service meetings and participate in ongoing training sessions to grow within your role.
• Work collaboratively as part of a team, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.

• Experience: Previous experience as a busser in a high-volume restaurant, lounge, or nightclub preferred.
• Certification: Food Handling Certificate required.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent multitasking abilities, and a team-first attitude.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods. Role involves repetitive motion and exposure to kitchen elements.
• Availability: Flexible schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
