We are pleased to announce the relocation of our corporate headquarters to Greenway Plaza’s Phoenix Tower in Houston’s Upper Kirby neighborhood.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support.
• Complete spreadsheets and forms.
• Request reports and compile into central spreadsheet.
• Coordinate in-person or virtual meeting schedules and locations with local staff, departments at the Headquarters, or outside vendors; send out meeting invitations; and compile materials.
• Assist in preparation of materials for presentations and trainings.
• Conduct Internet research and produce related reports as needed.
• Maintain high level of decorum and professionalism.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Assist with special projects as needed.
• From time to time must complete projects on short notice with extreme time constraints.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Requires at least 2 years of previous work experience.
• The candidate must have taken a career break of 2+ years. A career break is defined as having taken a break from Corporate America; any entrepreneurial explorations, transition to academia, or other personal circumstances constitute as a break.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• Time management skills and the ability to complete multiple projects simultaneously and in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to decipher basic data.
• Current, valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
