This is a unique full-time direct hire opportunity where you'll be working at the private estate of one our C-level executives. Aside from providing general IT support to their personal network and security infrastructure, this person will be tasked to help in any other technical capacity - if it lights up, makes noise, plugs in, runs via WiFi - that will fall under your responsibilities. Job Details Is your background a fit?
- REQUIRED - Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preference in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field)
- Strong technical aptitude with an interest in anything technology related
- Knowledge of SAN, network management, Windows/ iOS, disaster recovery systems, videoconferencing equipment
- Excellent customer service skills and able to interact with all types of personalities
- Entrepreneurial spirit and great attitude
- Strong aptitude to pick up things quickly and think outside the box
- Positive attitude
- Some travel to other their properties will be required
- Able to commit to a minimum of 2 years and work a 50-hour work week
What will you be doing?
This person will wear many hats while on the estate. You will help with troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of any of the following:
- Home automation systems (20,000 sf house)
- Network and systems infrastructure; SAN management, MS Exchange administration, disaster recovery, antivirus management, video conferencing
- Grounds lighting, security, fountains
- Drones, remote control cars
- PC, laptops, tablets, AppleTVs, iPhones, etc
- Home audio/video components
- Dashboard cams
- Maintaining access points for WiFi network across 7 acres
- Surveillance /security equipment
- Research state of the art technology solutions
