Are you looking for a hands-on, fast-paced job where you can work outdoors and be part of a great team? Aaction Rents is looking for a Part-Time Yard Attendant to help keep our yard and equipment clean, organized, and ready for customers. If you enjoy working with equipment, assisting customers, and being part of a hardworking crew, this is the job for you!

All new hires will complete 40 hours of hands-on training at our new education center to familiarize you with our equipment and systems. No prior experience is necessary—just a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!

• Hands-on work – No sitting behind a desk all day
• Fast-paced & active – Get moving, stay engaged, and help customers
• Work with a variety of equipment – Heavy-duty machinery, construction tools, and more
• Great team environment – Supportive leadership and co-workers
• Flexible schedule – Part-time hours available

• Load and unload rental equipment for customers
• Demonstrate the operation of rental equipment
• Service and clean equipment following “ready-to-rent” procedures
• Keep the yard and work areas clean and organized
• Work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Follow instructions from the Yard Lead and support the team as needed

• Basic mechanical skills and knowledge of construction tools, lawn & garden equipment, and heavy-duty machinery (or a willingness to learn!)
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Physical stamina – Ability to lift 25-100 lbs, stand for long periods, and work in all weather conditions
• A valid driver’s license may be required for certain tasks
