Pacific Coast Post-Acute is looking to expand their team! We are looking for a GREAT WEEKEND RECEPTIONIST to be a part of our work family. The Receptionist position is limited to clerical duties only and is located and limited to the Reception/Administrative area. The main purpose of this position is to attend to and greet visitors and answer telephone. Weekend - Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Preferred - Bi-lingual Spanish Responsibilities: Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor Monitor visitor access Maintain visitor sign-in log Answer telephone, screen and direct calls Take and relay messages Direct people to the appropriate destination Deal with queries from the public and customers Receive and sort mail Provide general administrative and clerical support - limited to the receptionist area Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings Tidy and maintain the reception area Professional personal presentation Pacific Coast Post Acute
