In this role, you will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points, ensuring our digital experiences are intuitive, engaging, and effective.Responsibilities:Highly organized and proactive.Comfortable with both qualitative and quantitative research.Able to support research operations.Preferably has some data analysis skills.Specific Responsibilities:CSAT (Customer Satisfaction) Score Management:Administer and deploy surveys across five different product lines.Analyze and report on survey response metrics.Refine survey dissemination methods.Research Support:Assist with the research intake process.Help recruit users.Potentially run 3-5 usability tests.Contribute to research repository management.Qualifications5+ years of experience in UX research.Strong knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.Experience with tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, Qualtrics, Google Analytics, or similar.
