Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is seeking Home Health Registered Nurses in Blasdale, New York for a contract assignment at a partnering State supported living center. Home Health RN Contract Details

• $1,240 – $1,362 per week*
• State-supported living center
• This is a group home setting
• Heavy Med Pass
• Duties can include: food prep, light housekeeping and laundry
• Patient acuity may vary by location
• NOC shift available
• 13-week contracts with the opportunity to extend
• RN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:

• New York RN License
• AHA BLS
• 1 year of experience as an RN
• Home Health experience preferred
