Team Transaction Coordinator : Freeport, Illinois

Our customer in Freeport, Illinois is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Team Transaction Coordinators to work full-time on 1st shift. As a Team Transaction Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing transactions, coordinating with all parties, ensuring documents are received on time, following up on inspections and appraisals, and maintaining the client database.

Responsibilities of the Team Transaction Coordinator :

• Ensure all required documents are received, including the signed contract, deposit check, inspection reports, appraisal, loan commitment, and seller’s estimated HUD.
• Coordinate with the Offers Coordinator, Buyer’s Agent, Escrow Officer, Asset Manager, and Lender.
• Monitor and manage timelines for all properties, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Request and follow up on the receipt of necessary reports, such as the Preliminary Report, Inspection Report, Termite Inspection Report, and Appraisal Report.
• Communicate with the lender, buyer's agent, and escrow officer for loan and funding status updates.
• Manage client databases, answer calls, and provide administrative support to the team to ensure contract deadlines are met.

Team Transaction Coordinator Requirements and Qualifications:

• Experience in a Realtor Office.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with realtors, lenders, and clients.
• Attention to detail to ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle administrative duties effectively.

Pay for Team Transaction Coordinator : Starting at $15-20/hour.

Schedule: Monday - Friday with some Saturdays. 90% Work from home w/ 10% in office from 8:00am – 5:00pm (Hours Flexible).
