Job Description

Our client, a leader in the design and manufacture of custom electronic components for the radio frequency market, is seeking a Soldering Technician/Assembler to join their team. As a Soldering Technician/Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting various projects. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, a strong desire to learn, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Soldering Technician/Assembler

Location: Brewster, NY

Pay Range: $18 to $22 per hour

What's the Job?

• Perform electronics assembly and soldering tasks with precision.
• Utilize small hand tools to work on detailed electronic components.
• Follow work instructions and interpret CAD drawings to ensure quality standards.
• Engage in cross-training opportunities to expand technical skills.
• Maintain punctuality and contribute positively to the team environment.

What's Needed?

• Previous soldering experience and electronics assembly is a must-have.
• Ability to interpret CAD drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Willingness to learn and take on increased technical responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Desire to work with small, intricate electronic assemblies.
