Title: SEO Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Execute SEO initiatives from strategy through implementation, with emphasis on technical and content optimization.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, analytics, PR, and social teams to drive improvements in organic performance.
• Conduct technical SEO audits, optimizing for Core Web Vitals, metadata, sitemaps, JavaScript, and crawl/index signals.
• Monitor and troubleshoot SEO KPIs, providing actionable insights and trend analysis.
• Work within an Agile environment, using tools like JIRA and Smartsheet to support development cycles.
• Contribute to SEO strategies for emerging AI search environments (e.g., AI Overviews, generative chatbots).
• Support content planning with SEO-aligned research while preserving brand voice and integrity.
• Create and maintain reporting dashboards to track organic search performance and keyword trends.
• Drive internal process improvements for greater SEO execution efficiency.
• Present findings and insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of SEO experience, with demonstrated technical SEO capabilities.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to present complex data effectively.
• Proficiency in SEO tools such as Semrush and Google Search Console.
• Experience with enterprise analytics platforms like Adobe Analytics.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, travel, or entertainment industries.
• Familiarity with SEO at an enterprise or franchise scale.
• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO).

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.

Hourly rate is commensurate with experience and is an estimated range provided by WorkGenius.
