About Undercover Snacks

Undercover Snacks is a better-for-you, mission driven company that manufactures and sells an incredible line of healthy indulgent snacks out of our company-owned factory in East Hanover, NJ. We currently have products in over 25,000 stores nationwide and are thrilled to be one of the complimentary snacks onboard United Airlines. While we have grown exponentially in the past few years, we believe we are just hitting our stride and are poised for tremendous growth ahead.

We are looking for either an established CPG Sales/Marketing Admin Professional, or an enthusiastic, detail-oriented entry level Sales/Marketing Manager, who is happy to start with admin tasks. Strong preference for in-person, East Hanover, NJ (and a must for entry-level). This position will provide support for the sales / marketing team and CEO (which is a great way to learn about food CPG) and also handle customer service.

Our ideal candidate is incredibly detail-oriented, has excellent writing skills, a friendly disposition, is a self-starter, very organized and has the scrappy “do-what-ever-it-takes" mindset of an entrepreneur. The position reports directly to the company’s CEO.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service calls and emails
• Manage sample and event requests, ensuring they are filled and mailed correctly
• Manage and organize Marketing and tradeshow Materials
• Manage tradeshow and event organization, packing and logistics
• Update information and certifications as needed with GDSN providers, distributors, retailers and other partners.
• Occasional errands to support CEO, Sales and Marketing Team
• Manage wholesale order flow
• Manage logistics and travel arrangements for owners, sales and marketing team.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for local events, and occasional out-of-town events.
• Assist owners and sales and marketing team with various campaigns, projects, and marketing programs.

Skills Needed:

• Exceptionally organized with an entrepreneurial spirit and up-beat, positive, can-do mindset.
• Ability to use office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Google Docs and other common office software.
• Excited to work in an entrepreneurial, high-growth start-up where you may need to wear many hats and modify job responsibilities as the business evolves.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Extremely resourceful and scrappy. Great at prioritizing tasks and goals and understands that in a start-up everyone needs to do whatever it takes to get the job done.

Salary:

$55,000 – $68,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
