Cape transforms the way marketing teams work by uniting creative production and media delivery into one intelligent platform. Our platform helps users plan, validate, create, and activate digital campaigns across every channel: display, social, video, and DOOH. Cape automates ad creation with on-brand templates, enables seamless collaboration across stakeholders, and activates media with just a few clicks. By eliminating disconnected tools and tasks, teams gain a seamless workflow that frees them to focus on strategy and storytelling. From asset creation to campaign launch, Cape ensures every ad is personalized, on brand, and ready to scale, reaching the right audience across all media channels effortlessly.

What you’ll do

As our product is extensive and modular, covering everything from creation to publication for any digital touch point your role as a Solution Engineer is crucial. You'll navigate the technical functionalities of Cape, ensuring a perfect fit for our clients' specific use cases. Your expertise will be fundamental in determining the features they need, making you an essential part of our team.

Some of your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding the technical capabilities of Cape to effectively communicate product benefits, address inquiries, provide technical clarifications, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose solutions for a tailored product fit.
  • In the first 12 months, also working as a client manager to successfully onboard clients with the support of our product specialists in Europe.
  • Designing solutions based on client needs, involving integration with existing systems.
  • Gathering feedback from customers regarding product performance and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with the technical part of the Cape implementation and support teams for a smooth transition from sales to service delivery.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted technical advisor to provide troubleshooting and support

Skills and Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a similar mid-level role, ideally within a digital marketing SaaS company or on the ad operations side of a media agency.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively across internal teams and client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing with a preference for familiarity with media buying practices and ad platforms.
  • Excellent collaboration skills to work seamlessly with the sales team.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills for showcasing technical solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Capability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently for timely delivery.
