Description Our busy restaurant is looking for a bartender with a positive attitude who can provide excellent customer service for our patrons to have a great time at our bar. You will be in charge of taking customer orders, mixing a variety of traditional and creative cocktails, making beer and wine recommendations, and keeping the bar area clean and sanitary at all times. This position requires an energetic person with excellent organizational skills and a customer-first attitude. • Verify customers' identification age to ensure they are of legal age and provide alcoholic drinks in compliance with federal, state, municipal, and corporate rules and regulations
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages including wine, beer, liquor, mixed drinks, and more
• Order necessary bar supplies, stock and keep track of all wine, liquor, and beer inventories as well as maintain a full supply of glassware and notify management of any shortages
• Complete all restocking and cleaning duties by performing opening and closing side work as instructed
• Collect payments, settle patron checks, and ensure tabs are paid, as well as record daily sales totals in the point of sale system

• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED)
• This role requires a strong emphasis on putting the patron first and providing exceptional customer service
• Previous experience working in food service is preferred
• Display excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers
• Possesses strong, organizational and time management skills Four Seasons Island Resort
