What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing team — from Carhops to Crew Leads — in a fast-paced, fun-loving environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, from inventory management and scheduling to training and guest experience.
• Hire and develop team members while creating a culture that’s all about respect, accountability, and high energy.
• Drive profitability through smart cost control, local marketing efforts, and a relentless focus on guest satisfaction.
• Handle all aspects of compliance, from labor laws to food safety, like a true pro.

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of restaurant management experience (QSR experience a big plus!)
• A hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced setting
• Confidence in hiring, training, and managing team members
• Solid understanding of P&L, inventory, labor management, and local store marketing
• Someone who can own their schedule — including evenings, weekends, and holidays — and lead from the front
