**THIS JOB POSITION REQUIRES ENLISTMENT INTO THE UNITED STATES NAVY**
About the Role:
The U.S. Navy is seeking highly skilled and motivated Nuclear Engineers to support its advanced nuclear propulsion program. As a member of the Navy’s elite nuclear engineering team, you will work with cutting-edge technology to design, operate, maintain, and advance the Navy’s fleet of nuclear-powered submarines and aircraft carriers.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and oversee nuclear propulsion systems and components.
Conduct thermal, hydraulic, and structural analyses of reactor systems.
Supervise reactor operation and ensure strict adherence to safety protocols.
Perform maintenance and refueling of nuclear reactors aboard naval vessels.
Support training programs and technical documentation development.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on complex engineering challenges.
Serve as a subject matter expert for nuclear safety, compliance, and innovation.
Qualifications:
U.S. Citizen
High School diploma or GED equivalent
AGE 17-29
No experience needed will give PAID hands on training!!!
