About the Role: We are seeking a skilled Marketing Communications Manager to lead our corporate communication efforts and team. As a Marketing Communications Manager, your main duties will include creating marketing and promotional communications strategy and plans that support our customer base and current market trends. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of current marketing trends, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions. Responsibilities to Anticipate for this role: Develop and implement effective communication strategies that build customer loyalty programs, brand awareness, and customer satisfaction Lead, coach and mentor team member to ensure marketing and communication strategies, projects and goals are being met Prepare detailed media activity reports Plan and manage the design, content, and production of all marketing materials Work with different marketing teams to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications Plan and implement promotional campaigns Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of communications strategies Manage the organization's brand and reputation Consult with Leadership to develop effective communication procedures and policies for various situations Perform communications research and monitor the progress of various communications strategies Qualifications Sought: Proven work experience as a Marketing Communications Manager Proficiency in MS Office, business software (e.g., CRM) and data analysis and reporting A strong understanding of effective PR and Strategic Marketing Communications A background in defense and government communications Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills Demonstrable experience with marketing plans, media relations, and event management BSc degree in Marketing, Communications, or relevant field Minimum 7-10 years related experience, including team leadership Ability to travel (up to 10%) and possess/be able to acquire and maintain a valid passport What We Offer: Whether you are starting your career or an experienced professional, we offer a Total Rewards package that is impactful and built for you.
