  • Develop and implement knowledge management protocols to facilitate efficient information sharing.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Support the maintenance of information on internal communication platforms (e.g., company Intranet, SharePoint, MS Teams).
  • Provide administrative support as required, including occasional participation in conference planning and resource development.

What You'll Bring:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in database management, system administration, or technical support roles. Experience with EHS enterprise software (e.g., KPA Flex) is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 tools (SharePoint, Planner, Teams) and familiarity with Smartsheet is highly desirable.

Skills & Abilities:

  • An independent self-starter with a proven ability to operate effectively with minimal day-to-day supervision in a remote setting.
  • Exceptional ability to prioritize and manage competing needs across a decentralized organization.
  • Sound understanding of statistics and the effective use of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Good understanding of business processes.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication (written and verbal), and organizational skills.
  • A willingness and aptitude to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Occasional travel may be required.

Why Join Our Team?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team where your contributions will directly impact our operational efficiency and data integrity. We offer a supportive environment with extensive training and opportunities for professional growth.
