Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Machine Operator

Location: Lincoln, NH

Pay Range: $18.00 per hour (with shift differentials for 2nd and 3rd shifts)

What's the Job?

• Operate various machines including presses, lathes, and crimping machines according to established procedures.
• Read and interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings to ensure accurate production.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards in the work area.
• Record production data accurately, including good and scrap parts.

What's Needed?

• Ability to read and interpret measuring devices and blueprints.
• Basic math skills and proficiency in English.
• Experience as a machine operator is preferred but not required.
• Ability to use basic hand tools and troubleshoot simple quality issues.
• Strong attention to safety and quality standards.
