Responsibilities:

• Manage litigation files and eDiscovery
• Draft legal documents (motions, pleadings, discovery, etc)
• Track case progress from start to finish
• Proofread legal documents for accuracy
• Conduct legal research and gather information
• Assist with case management and trial preparation

Qualifications:

• Experience handling Labor & Employment cases in California-PAGA experience is a plus
• Strong technical skills in MS Office programs, case management software, and eDiscovery software
• High attention to detail and a deep understanding of legal procedures and local court rules
• Experience with drafting subpoenas and written discovery desired
• Strong trial prep experience-hands on trial experience is a plus
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to thrive independently and as part of a collaborative team
• ABA-approved paralegal certificate or an attestation
