What You’ll Do:

• Connect with customers and provide top-notch support in English & Spanish
• Help customers with payments, account info, and problem-solving
• Collect payments from past due customers
• Make outbound calls to assist with account solutions
• Keep a positive attitude—even on tough calls!
• Work alongside a supportive team in a fast-paced environment

What You Need to Succeed:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in  Spanish & English (spoken & written)
• Great people skills & a  customer-first attitude
• Basic computer skills—we’ll teach you the rest!
• A desire to  grow and build a career
