• 1-3 years of experience in backend development, working with Python and building APIs.
• Comfortable with large-scale data and optimizing performance for high-volume systems.
• Interested in AI/ML integration, especially with LLMs, and eager to learn new technologies.
• Prioritize security and compliance, especially in regulated environments like KYC/KYB.
• Detail-oriented, committed to writing clean, maintainable, and performant code.
• Thrives in high-trust, ownership-driven environments, comfortable across different levels of abstraction.
• Problem-solver confident in navigating the unknown.
• Proactive, self-starting, and adaptable to dynamic settings.

Responsibilities

• API Development & Integration: Build and maintain RESTful APIs, ensuring scalability and high performance for autonomous GTM agents.
• Backend System Design: Architect core backend services supporting KYC/KYB processes, leveraging knowledge graphs and LLMs.
• Data Processing & Management: Develop scalable data pipelines for identity data processing.
• AI/ML Integration: Collaborate with AI teams to integrate models like RLHF and LoRA for specific identity use cases.
• Platform Infrastructure: Build scalable infrastructure to support future AI/ML initiatives.
• Security & Compliance: Ensure systems meet security, privacy, and regulatory standards.
• Performance Optimization: Enhance backend performance for large-scale data handling.
• Testing & Debugging: Write tests, debug, monitor, and improve backend architecture continuously.

Salary Range: $122k – $142k + Equity (0.05% – 0.25%)
