Duties and Responsibilities : As an Industrial Engineering Intern here at Beehive Industries, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various projects within our manufacturing and industrial engineering teams. You will work closely with experienced professionals and learn about optimizing manufacturing operations, improving process efficiency, and driving operational excellence. This internship will give you valuable insights into manufacturing and industrial engineering and help you develop essential skills for your future career. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Assist in process improvement projects to enhance manufacturing efficiency and reduce waste Assist in the development of standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing processes Support the implementation of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and ensure product quality Gain exposure to various manufacturing technologies such as additive manufacturing and CNC machining - Participate in data analysis and problem-solving activities Contribute to the development and maintenance of manufacturing documentation Work closely with the manufacturing team (engineers and technicians) on producing jet propulsion components Through hands-on learning experiences, networking, and professional development opportunities, interns will shape the future. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must be currently pursuing a bachelor's degree (or higher) from an accredited college or university in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Industrial, Aerospace Engineering, or similar field Must graduate December 2025 or later Must continue enrollment in degree program upon completion of the internship Beehive Industries offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes group Medical, Dental, Life, and Short and Long-Term disability coverage from day one.
