Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Recruiter manages full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring. This role also supports HR functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles.


• Partner with managers on hiring needs and job descriptions.


• Manage ATS, job postings, and candidate pipelines.


• Conduct screenings, interviews, and assist with offers.


• Represent the company at hiring events.


• Support onboarding and basic employee relations.


• Ensure compliance with employment laws.


• Perform additional HR tasks as needed.


 

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recruitment experience preferred.


• Bachelor’s in HR or related field preferred.


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.


• Experience in construction industry preferred.


• SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.


• Strong communication, time management, and ATS proficiency.
