An international manufacturing holding company seeking an experienced HR and Administration Manager to lead our start-up operations. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader with a strong background in Human Resources (HR) and Administration.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional business acumen, proficiency in Japanese, and high business fluency in English.

Leadership & Operations Managemen

• tOversee daily operations, ensuring efficient and effective management of all business functions
