Home Inspector- Full Time Central/Southern Maine Home Inspector Pillar To Post® is the leading home inspection company in North America. Experience and qualifications will determine starting base salary pay. Job Requirements:

• Business minded. Strong attention to detail.
• Understand the importance of quality and consistent customer service
• Basic knowledge of residential home systems and components
• Ability to participate in local marketing events or programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Great listening skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Have the aptitude and mental ability to problem solve and conduct professional conversations with real estate agents and customers
• A great attitude, good presence and energy
• Integrity and strong work ethic. Punctual and ability to work unsupervised
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, climb ladders, walk on roofs, access crawl space, enter attics as well as stand for long periods of time
• Ability to pass all employment screening and technical knowledge exam
• Required to authorize background and driving checks
• Available to work some evenings and weekends
• Knowledge in Septic Systems (Some labor intensive work may be necessary for digging septic systems)
• Must be willing to take on administrative work and marketing when needed

You will be joining an experienced team of professional home inspectors who have established a system for delivering an excellent experience that enables the Company to experience a high level of client satisfaction and growth. Pay is based on experience. Entry level inspectors can earn approximately $45,000 their first year, with the opportunity for advancement for all. We offer paid vacation, uniforms, vehicle, and all equipment, tools and supplies needed to perform the job.
