As first dedicated Recruiter, you will take full ownership of the recruiting process across all teams, with an emphasis on sales and go to market roles. You will be responsible for sourcing top candidates, managing the full candidate journey, and improving our internal recruiting processes. This role requires a true generalist who is comfortable hiring across engineering, product, design, and business functions. You will be expected to make your first hire within six weeks of joining and will play a critical role in building the foundation of future team during a pivotal stage of growth.
