Conduct all work activities in accordance with established standards, policies, laws, and regulations, including FAA regulations. Use all galley/cabin service equipment and in-flight entertainment systems unsupervised. Work independently and as part of a team to accomplish tasks. Ensure the safety and comfort of customers. Provide exemplary customer service to satisfy and exceed expectations. Assist with luggage and attend to individuals needing assistance. Prepare and serve meals and beverages. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude. Manage time effectively to complete assignments and ensure punctuality. Communicate effectively in writing and orally. Adjust to a rotating schedule with variable days off and hours. Work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Comply with safety practices in all operational processes. Summary of Essential Duties Flight Attendant Specific Respond effectively during emergency situations and follow safety procedures. Guide passengers during emergencies to minimize impact. Provide emergency medical assistance as needed. Ensure compliance with all policies and regulations. Make onboard announcements and provide instructions. Summary of Essential Duties Cabin Attendant Specific Restock the galley and ensure inventory is maintained. Check expiration dates on food items and drinks. Notify leadership when stock is low. Qualifications Must be at least 23 years of age. Authorized to work in the United States. Three (3) years of corporate Cabin Attendant experience or prior Flight Attendant experience required. Must have a valid passport. Pass a DOT-required pre-employment drug screen and submit to random testing. Complete a required 10-year work history review and criminal background checks. Possess a valid driver license and good driving record. Successfully complete Contour's four (4) week Flight Attendant Initial Training Program. Must read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual preferred. Live within one (1) hour of the assigned base. Able to work varying schedules and handle a fast-paced environment. Possess strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset. Excellent communication skills delivered with professionalism. Adhere to all regulatory requirements.
