Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) at a Big 4 firm (Deals Advisory at PwC, Strategy & Transactions at EY, Deal Advisory at KPMG, or M&A Transaction Services at Deloitte).
• Candidates with similar experience from middle-market advisory firms (e.g., BDO, RSM, Grant Thornton, Alvarez & Marsal, FTI Consulting, Duff & Phelps/Kroll, Lincoln International, Houlihan Lokey, Stout) are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Experience from bulge bracket or boutique investment banks (e.g., Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan, Morgan Stanley, Evercore, Lazard, Moelis, William Blair, Harris Williams, Raymond James) is highly valuable.
• Background in private equity or venture capital portfolio finance, corporate development at high-growth companies, or strategic finance roles within Fortune 500 is a plus.
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills
• Ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, and strategic cost analysis, with an eye for identifying efficiency opportunities.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial insights to senior leadership.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• CMA, CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred but not required.
