Position: Finance Manager

Location: Hollywood, FL

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in finance systems optimization, modernization, and upgrades within a multinational retail environment .

This role is pivotal in driving efficiency, automation, and system improvements , ensuring our finance operations align with business growth and global best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead finance system optimization efforts, ensuring seamless upgrades and process automation.
• Evaluate and implement modern finance technologies, ERP enhancements, and automation tools .
• Collaborate with IT, finance, and operations teams to integrate new systems and improve existing workflows.
• Identify efficiency gaps and propose solutions to streamline financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with global accounting standards while enhancing financial data accuracy and accessibility.
• Oversee system migration projects , ensuring minimal disruption to financial operations.
• Train and support finance teams on new tools, processes, and best practices .

Qualifications Required:

• 5+ years of experience as a Finance Manager , with a focus on systems optimization & transformation .
• Proven track record in upgrading and modernizing finance systems within a multinational retail company .
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar).
• Strong understanding of financial automation, reporting, and process improvement methodologies .
• Ability to bridge the gap between finance and IT teams , ensuring smooth system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of global accounting standards, compliance regulations, and best practices .
