Job Description Entry Level to Skilled HVAC Installer Needed
$20 - $35+ DOE
Hours 7am - 4 pm Want to learn a trade? Are you a self-starter with a strong work ethic? Do you take pride in your work? Are you clean, organized, and efficient? If so, please apply for the Residential HVAC Installer position today! One of the largest HVAC companies in Central Oregon, is growing and looking for QUALITY team members to join. We need a HVAC Install or Service team member, we welcome skills and can train the rest! Start out at $20 per hour and have room to grow up!
Duties and Responsibilities for HVAC Installer: - All aspects of HVAC Install or Service
- Assist lead technician in all HVAC system installations and repairs
- If not already, will become skilled and knowledgeable in replacement and repair of HVAC systems
- Be efficient and accurate, attn to detail
- Know how to establish customer rapport to ensure highest levels of satisfaction
- Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business
- Support lead technicians in maintaining clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck
- Participate actively in all formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations
- Assist in completing accurate and timely paperwork
Skills and Qualifications for HVAC Installer: - Ability to lift more than 50 pounds
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Strong verbal and written communications
- High integrity with advanced social skill and ability to make solid connections
- Strong desire to be a better technician tomorrow then you are today
- Outgoing personality that blends well with a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
- Competitive individual contributor who also loves to win as a team
- Highly motivated, self-starter who's flexible and has a great attitude on life
- Must pass a background check, a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have a clean, safe driving record and valid Oregon Drivers License to drive company van/truck
- Must provide some of your own basic tools
Job Details for HVAC Installer: Pay Scale for HVAC INSTALLER: No experience $20 to $23 starting wage.
1 year experience would be $23 to $25.
2 to 3 years would be $25 to $30, also need to have EPA license.
3 to 5 years would be $35 plus 30 day reevaluation. Also need EPA license.
