BRIEF DESCRIPTION

BluSky's D ispatcher is an integral part of our organization tasked to respond to our emergency or non-emergency calls to provide help and information.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for monitoring numerous fire alert applications for disaster emergencies and work closely with our offices nationwide
• Serves as back - up to the call center for call overflow. 
• R esponsible for open ing jobs in the system.    Dispatch es any emergencies/services requested or required to the appropriate branch office. 

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:

This role has no direct reports.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Dispatch/customer service experience
• Effective communicat ion skills and ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with management, employees, and our clients/customers.
• Ability to monitor and hear numerous sounds/noises at once. 
• Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be flexible to cover other shifts if needed and must work holidays. BluSky's dispatch and call center operates 24/7/365 .

EDUCATION:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required .

TR AVEL:

Minimal travel. Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected for training or meetings .
