This is a field sales position.
Realistic income expectations are 75k-150k novice first year.

Integrity Home Exterior Designs is a family owned and operated company in the exterior construction industry. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, and windows. We work in both retail construction sales and insurance related restoration.

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Cold calling, neighborhood canvassing, door knocking
· Develop new and potential sales
· Home inspection
· Customer acquisition
· Maintain meticulous records, both to follow up and close sales, and to hand off to the office staff for project management
· Excellent customer care
· Support our core values and business model
A successful candidate will:
· Posses excellent written, in-person, and phone communication skills
· Have the ability to simultaneously manage multiple sales opportunities in different stages
· Not allow rejection to ruin a sales day and have a positive attitude
· Be able to work independently and self-motivate
· Recognize and respect the value of the companies name and reputation
· Be comfortable with heights, hand tools, and technology
· Be an active participant with in-house and field training - length determined by individual needs and experience

Compensation:
· Base salary with commission
· Commission rate increases with experience and proven success
Required:
· Valid driver’s license
· Reliable transportation capable of transporting inspection equipment (hand tools, ladder)
· Able to climb ladders and lift up to 70lbs
· Able to work outdoors and be on your feet in various types of weather
· Basic Microsoft Office
Preferred:
· Basic exterior construction knowledge, but will train
· Minimum two years sales experience, any industry, but will train the right candidate
Location:
· The majority of your time will be spent out of the office, no overnight travel
· Ability to attend regular meetings in McHenry, IL
Relocation:
· Must live within 80 miles of Lake County, IL
· Relocation is not available
Hours:
· Full-time, flexible schedule
· Some weekend and evenings will be required
