Dexian is assisting their client in the Charlotte/Harrisburg area with a need in their Administrative department. This role is on-site and would report to the Vice President.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen calls, greet customers
• Schedule appoints for Manager
• Keep Inbox organized
• Document archive management
• Prepare documents and reports
• Maintain files and records
• Assist with client requests
• Handle office equipment and supplies

Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role in a Construction/HVAC/Plumbing company
• Hands-on: Ability to work independently.
• Attention to detail skills
