Fairfax County, Virginia Community Bank has an immediate need for a Chief Accounting Officer. Responsibilities include staff development, internal and regulatory financial reporting, management reporting, and ensuring visibility within the organization.

The Chief Accounting Officer will be responsible for:

• Strategic planning
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial, compliance, external, and internal reporting
• Board reporting
• Collaborating with Regulators, Audit Committee, and Board

Ideal Background:

• A hands-on LEADER
• Financial Reporting experience working for a Bank or Credit Union
• Experience with Monthly Close and Reporting
• SEC Reporting experience is a plus
• CPA certification is preferred
