Position: Business Analyst IT
Description:
Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to capture, document, and translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications partnering with System Solution Architects and Technical Program Manager.
Work closely with developers, system architects, and cross-functional teams to design systems that meet business needs and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
Conduct feasibility studies to determine viability of solutions from a technical standpoint and recommend strategies to senior management.
Participate in the development, testing, and implementation phases, ensuring the solution meets both technical and business requirements.
Create and maintain technical documentation , including system requirements specifications (SRS), technical design, architecture documents, flowcharts, and deployment plans.
Ensure data privacy compliance and integration by working closely with vendors/internal teams, implementing security measures, and aligning with governance policies.
Work on : Consumer Applications unit supporting websites and digital assets as digital showrooms/information sources. The MarTech Business Systems Analyst bridges business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring technical design aligns with objectives. Role requires technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication to translate business requirements and support development/implementation.
Requirements: Required Skills: - BA/BS or master’s degree in marketing, MIS, computer science, business, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years\' experience with B2C applications and MarTech technologies
- Strong analytical & logical thinking, advanced Excel (pivot tables, charting, databases)
- Ability to produce technical documents/SRS/system design specifications
- Advanced skills in technical design specifications, diagrams, flowcharts, and architecture
- Experience integrating MarTech systems with other software, databases, and APIs
- Working knowledge: software engineering, solution architecture for medium/large systems across multiple platforms
- Experience with customer data management platforms, governance, GDPR, or CCPA
- Excellent communication to technical & non-technical stakeholders
- Agile delivery process and methodologies experience
- Strong critical thinking, creative problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
Desired Skills: - Data visualization/modeling, BI tools
- Competitive landscape evaluation & tech assessment
- Familiarity with SQL, Jira/Confluence, data modeling, system diagrams
- Understanding of integration: CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho), Personalization Engines, CDPs, VoC platforms, Chatbots/Virtual Assistants, analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel), loyalty/reward systems, zero-party data/loyalty integration
- 3+ years Big 4 consulting preferred
- Stable work history with large enterprises

Compensation : $55.00 to $62.00 per hour (considering location, experience, internal equity)
