Key Responsibilities:

• Guide customers through the boat purchasing process, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
• Conduct test drives and demonstrations on MasterCraft, Cobalt, and Barletta models.
• Proactively follow up with leads and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Utilize Salesforce CRM to track customer interactions and sales progress.
• Work closely with our F&I, Proshop, and Service teams to provide unparalleled customer service.
• Greet customers, answer phone inquiries, and assist in the Proshop when needed.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of retail sales or equivalent experience (boating industry preferred).
• Proven track record of successful sales performance.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM is a plus.
• Highly self-motivated, driven, and able to work independently without constant supervision.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for boating and water sports.
