Job Title: Part Time Administrative Assistant

Hourly: $21/hr
Job Summary:
LHH is working with a nonprofit organization to hire a temporary part-time Administrative Assistant for an indefinite amount of time. The qualified candidate should have prior corporate administrative experience with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe. The hours are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30AM to 5PM with a 30-minute lunch (14 hours a week).

Responsibilities:
· Sit at the front desk, greeting incoming visitors and acting as the first point of contact for the team
· Answer incoming phone calls, direct calls, answer basic questions and take messages
· Check and respond to emails
· Order office supplies and keep track of low stocks within the office
· Write thank you notes and mail out
· Process donations as they come in
· Put together materials within Adobe
·
Required Experience:
· High School Diploma
· At least 1 year of corporate administration experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Experience using Adobe
· Overall technical aptitude to learn new systems and processes
