We are recruiting a results-driven Accounts Receivable Manager to lead AR operations, optimize cash flow, and drive collections performance for a well-established, industry-leading organization with over 30 years of experience delivering innovative solutions.

About the Role

As the AR Manager, you will oversee invoicing, collections, and credit management, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You’ll lead a team, implement systems and processes, and drive AR performance improvements.

We’re looking for a strategic leader with a proactive approach to collections, strong decision-making skills, and the ability to streamline AR operations through automation and best practices.

What You’ll Do

• Lead & Develop an AR team, ensuring accountability and performance
• Optimize Collections with firm, persistent follow-ups to reduce outstanding balances
• Improve Systems & Processes by implementing automation and efficiency tools
• Monitor KPIs & Metrics to track AR health and drive improvements
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally with finance, sales, and operations teams
• Manage Credit & Risk by setting and enforcing customer credit limits
• Oversee Cash Application & Deduction Management to maintain accuracy

What We’re Looking For

• 6+ years of AR experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
• Proven success managing high-volume invoicing & collections
• Strong leadership & team management experience
• Persistent collections approach—firm yet strategic in securing payments
• Expertise in credit risk assessment & retail account management
• Experience implementing AR automation & process improvements
• Proficiency in ERP systems (JDE preferred) & Excel
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred)
• Be able to work fully onsite
