Job Description

We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Manager to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day to day operations ensuring balance of resources and expenses to provide exceptional client service and meet the financial goal of the organization
• Oversee collections team member to ensure that invoices are followed up on regularly and collected
• Lead the new customer setup, credit, cash applications, and collections processes
• Ensure people management activities for succession planning, individual development plans, and timely one on one discussions are conducted as defined by the goals and objectives
• Assist in annual budget preparation by providing financial information and analysis as requested

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of Accounting or AR experience
• A keen eye for detail and an analytical mind and good math skills
• Ability to develop and maintain positive relations with customers, peers, and superiors
• Motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working collaboratively and autonomously on new challenges as the company grows
