Hiring: Accounts Receivable Manager

Location: Greenwood Village, CO

Pikemann is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle various accounting and accounts receivable responsibilities while maintaining a professional image, strong communication skills, and exceptional customer service abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure top performance across the team.
• Implement innovative, process-driven solutions to optimize billing and collections, ensuring timely and accurate revenue realization.
• Manage consolidated and custom invoices, ensuring efficient and accurate processing.
• Utilize intermediate-level Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze data, track metrics, and generate reports.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement streamlined invoicing processes.
• Reconcile client statements and outstanding balances while assisting in collections to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO).

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of receivable functions.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience with a proven ability to lead and inspire teams.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate complex situations with limited standardization.
