Accounts Receivable Manager National Corporate Housing looking for an experienced Accounts Receivable Manager. This person will perform various accounting and accounts receivable duties as listed below. The selected person needs to have a professional image, strong communication and customer service skills.

Management and Reporting Structure Accounts Receivable Manager reports directly to Assistant Controller. Primary Responsibilities - Monitor, manage, and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure high levels of performance across the team.
- Leverage a process-driven approach to design and implement innovative solutions that optimize and streamline billing and collections processes, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and timely revenue realization.
- Oversee the management of consolidated and custom invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Use Excel at an intermediate level (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.) to analyze data, track metrics, and generate reports.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with market representatives and sales teams to facilitate smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure the invoicing processes are followed accurately and efficiently, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing streamlined solutions.
- Reconcile client statements and outstanding balances; assisting in collections and reducing DSO
- Be the backbone of the department by providing support to all associates, allocating tasks and stepping in during absences to keep momentum going.
- Manage a dynamic team of 5-7 people; including temp and fully remote associates.
- Assist in onboarding new hires and on-going process improvements.
- Identifying and resolve discrepancies by collaborating with clients and internal teams
- Ensure all deadlines are met for month end close and year end close
- Establish and oversee annual goals & objectives for associates; guiding them to success.
- Assist with audits by coordinating annual audit support.
- Make informed decisions on client credit limits and payment terms
- Assist with upcoming account software transition (anticipated late 2025)
- Analyze and monitor post audit results; creating process improvements that elevate the dept

Professional Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent relevant experience.
- At least 5 years experience in accounting with strong knowledge in receivable functions.
- 1-3 years supervisory experience required to lead and inspire the team.
- Ability to solve complex problems in situations with limited standardization.
- Think outside the box to meet diverse client requests
- Proven ability to interact with associates at all levels within the organization.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrate capacity to improve existing systems/procedures, introducing new ideas or approaches.
- Strong auditing and analytical skills to provide valuable insight to the financial and operations team.
- Experience managing an internal team; including fully remote individuals.
- Manage outside client relations.
- Intermediate or Advanced Excel skills required to handle voluminous data effectively.
- Ability to make process improvement recommendations and exercise sound independent judgment.

Pay Range: $90,000 - $105,000 per year National Corporate Housing
