Accounts Receivable Leadership Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Accounts Receivable Manager to oversee a high-performing team responsible for portfolio management, client relationships, and the development of internal processes. Position Highlights

• Lead and develop a team of supervisors and accounts receivable professionals to ensure alignment with performance and service expectations.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of business-to-business (B2B) receivables, including reconciliations, dispute resolution, unapplied credits, and collections.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to establish, refine, and enforce policies and processes aimed at improving portfolio health and minimizing financial exposure.
• Monitor and ensure team compliance with company and client standards for productivity, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Provide regular reporting on key metrics, portfolio status, and operational health to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Build strong client partnerships through proactive communication and occasional on-site visits (travel component approximately 20%).
• Support hiring and talent development to maintain a high-performing and engaged team environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated leadership experience managing teams within credit, collections, or accounts receivable functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage complexity and mitigate risks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong internal and external relationships.
• Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant work experience considered in lieu of formal education.
